With this event, the Knowledge Center aims to raise awareness of the political, geopolitical and economic importance of regions and areas outside Europe. To this end, and within in the framework of the Foreign Policy Salon of the Győr Office, the conversation will step out of the Euro-Atlantic arena and seeks to comprehensively deal with the emerging and constantly developing African-Asian relations. The presentation will primarily focus on the key (and globally relevant) actors from both continents, and will shed light on the new geopolitical challenges that have emerged. The event will also cover in detail how the dynamically developing relations between the two continents have been and are being affected by the current pandemic.
