One of the most significant and current challenges of modern societies is to control the processes taking place in cyberspace. The protection of data and information processed in electronic information systems are increased challenges for state, municipal, and economic actors, as well as a threat to citizens. The value of personal, business, and other data has increased significantly and, as a result, cyber-attacks to obtain such data are also becoming more and more common.

The event will feature experts from the most relevant areas, where deeper regulation is needed, and will provide an overview of efforts to increase safety, such as the EU GDPR Regulation and its impact based on the experience of recent years. In addition, defense policy aspects will also be discussed.
