The 14th Five-Year Plan of the People’s Republic of China

China has unveiled the blueprint for its 14th Five-Year Plan at the end of October 2020. As it usually is the case at such high-level meetings, a communiqué has been released, which contained highlights of the four-day gathering. President Xi Jinping, who is also the general secretary of the Chinese Communist Party’s Central Committee, delivered the party’s work on behalf of the Committee’s Politic Bureau.
